Swank Coconut Cream Pie
Martini Recipe

6 ounces of your favorite vodka
1 fresh vanilla bean
1 tablespoon cream of coconut
1 teaspoon fresh coconut flakes

Add a few drops of the cream of coconut to freezing martini glasses, and put it back in the freezer. Add contents of vanilla bean, the vodka and the remaining cream of coconut into a martini shaker ½ filled with cracked ice. Shake vigorously for a few minutes. Strain martini into frozen glass that the cream of coconut was added to. Top martini with coconut flakes.
